はかたサバスキーJunmai Ginjo from Tanba Sasayama. It has almost no top-fragrance aroma. Unlike sake from Nada, which is also from Hyogo Prefecture, this sake is made with soft water from this region, so it has a very smooth texture in the mouth. The flavor of the rice is brought out well and the taste is robust and enjoyable. Thank you very much.
