Purchased at a nearby supermarket on my way home from work😆.
It is a Kochi sake but made with Hokkaido sake rice. I bought a side dish of gansu and had it with it 🍶.
The taste is as follows,
The aroma is mellow, and the umami is very strong. After the sourness, the dryness tightens the throat at the end.
It's a perfect food sake, especially with fish ✨.
And now that I've finished dinner and am lying down, I must be like a drunken whale... 😭. 😭
