Immediately after opening the bottle, it is slightly fizzy and has a gorgeous impression. If you leave it for a few days, it becomes more bitter and sweet. I like this bitterness (^-^).
I didn't like it so much at first, but by the time I finished drinking it, I liked it. In the end, I drank it by itself, but it is good for a sake with food because it is sharp.
I didn't know there was such a good sake in Ueda. Next time I go to the countryside, I'd like to stop off at a sake brewery.
I also recommend Bessho Onsen, which is only 30 minutes away from Ueda by train.
