tragic heroine
Gin-UTA- is a collaboration between three Hiroshima sake breweries, each of which prepared two bottles, one spherically polished and the other shin-gin polished (flat polished), for a total of six bottles in the set. I bought it to compare the drinks.
The Shin Gin Seibai of Kamirai has an aroma that includes ripe melon, steamed rice, and a slightly noble nuance like roses. The attack is a bit strong, and the umami comes rushing in with a gusto. Then, a slightly bitter and alcoholic overtone rises to the top. The end is tangy and finishes with bitterness.
Although it appears in a spectacular manner, the development is tragic. This sake is like a tragic heroine, and you can feel the changes in the development of the sake. It is interesting to think that the spherical polished rice is the backstage and the refined rice is the heroine.
The Shinagin Seimei bottle is characterized by the Shinagin Seimei mark on the top of the bottle.
