On a business trip to the Kanto region, I bought a bottle of sake at a liquor store in Tokyo Station, Minato-ku, Tokyo. Now, what does it taste like?
The aroma is characteristic and sweet, but it feels like there is something in it. When you put it in your mouth, the taste of this sake spreads. After that comes the alcohol taste. I think it is a delicious sake, but I wonder if I would want to drink it when I am in perfect physical condition. I'm tired today, so I'll leave it at that.
