The 3rd Bishu Competition 2025 Kansai Competition (7)
Echino Yukitsubaki is often seen in supermarkets and mass merchandisers, but I was curious to see some labels I had never seen before and some high-end looking sakes.
The brewer and toji-san were there!
Tsuki no Tama Hibiki Junmai Daiginjo
Yamadanishiki Polishing ratio 40
Fruity, sweet, beautiful and delicious!
I thought it looked very expensive, but without the paulownia box, it cost about 3,000 yen, which is a very reasonable price!
Junmai Daiginjo-genshu TAIICHI
This sake is made with Yuzukitsubaki yeast and Omachi.
Taiichi is the toji's name.
Fruity, sweet, juicy, and delicious 😋.
I wonder if "direct pass" means "direct pumping"?
Grand Cuvee Junmai Daiginjo Genshu
The sake is the same as Tamahyoki, but the bottling method is different.
It tastes fresh and delicious, like a fresh sake 😋.
About 5400 yen for 720ml
Junmai Daiginjo Uonuma Koshihikari
Polishing ratio 40%, price 11,000 yen
It has a lactic acidity like Yakult, but it's sweet and delicious 🫶.
I think it's a taste for different tastes😅.
They put 2 people in with 1 person's ticket because it was a waste of ticket 🙏.
I drank all kinds of drinks at this booth as a thank you 😋.
He said he couldn't bring some of the drinks due to adult reasons.
