MikanaA long time ago I received this. A yellowish sake I had never seen before. The bottle had instructions on how to heat it up in the microwave, but I decided to drink it at room temperature. I drank it with wild caught hamachi sashimi. I didn't think it would go well with fish, but it was delicious as a food sake. Thanks to my friend who brought it over.
