It is made from Kure Mikimai (Kure Miki Rice) and is said to be made from Kure
I drank it with high expectations since they use Hachitan-Nishiki, my personal favorite sake rice, and found it to have a very good balance of sweetness and acidity!
This goes well with food sake, or just sake!
I would definitely like to repeat this bottle!
