Sake from a new brewery in a neighboring town of Hakodate.
I drank it for the first time.
The aroma is of grapes, like white wine.
When I tried it, it was quite dry.
It has a strong aroma, but it is light.
It has a refreshing sourness and bitterness.
It's delicious!
