Yamazaki Shuzo, the predecessor of Yamazaki Brewery, was founded in Hokkaido in 1887. The company has continued to produce sake with a spirit of respect for Hokkaido's climate and food culture and a constant pursuit of authenticity.
It is very fruity and to my liking! Fresh and watery. It has a nice aroma and aftertaste. The moment it enters the mouth, it is almost light like water, but the aftertaste is sake. It's good!
