The second bottle of Sensation with a new label!
Opened this time expecting more White🏳! I was looking forward to it even more this time because it is fire-aged and the rice used is different from the past Black and White, both of which were draft sake 😁.
The aroma after opening the bottle is not so strong, it does not smell of alcohol but of sourness.
I was surprised to find a light sweetness in the mouth followed by a spiciness 😳 and of course a pleasant acidity.
I'm pretty sure the rice used for White's raw sake is Ginbukiyo.
I think this was supposed to express a subtle, elegant sweetness.
Totally different look!
Maybe it's the sake rice, but maybe it's because it's old style raw sake!
As I say every time, this series is one of the best sakes for the pocketbook husband as it has the best cosmetics 😍.

I was able to stop by Hasegawa Sake Shop at Tokyo Station on my way home from the committee meeting as mentioned at the end of the Black label 🙌Get 3 bottles of summer sake👍.
