It was served cold.
The nose has a slightly caramelized mature aroma.
It has a slight matured taste on the palate, but you can catch a glimpse of the daiginjo-style of a solid brewery.
It's 20 years old, but if you usually drink robust type of sake, it may be just right.
It was quite delicious 🍶✨️
