I bought this as a souvenir from Miyagi.
A handmade junmai ginjo from Kenkunichi.
The rice polishing ratio is 50%, so it is almost a junmai daiginjo.
It had a subtle ginjo aroma, a mellow sweetness, and a smooth, rounded mouthfeel.
