This sake was pressed on the first day of the year. It is sweet, quite light, and easy to drink. It's not just this one, but all Shinsei, but there's almost no alcohol at all. There is a slight fizzy feeling. The taste is in contrast to that of the Denshu. Even on the same day, the impression is different after opening the bottle and after a few hours. The sweetness is reduced and the mineral taste is increased.
