It was given to me during the hot season, so I kept it for winter when I wanted to drink it hot.
It is yellow in color and has a classic, alcoholic taste, but it is surprisingly light and easy to drink. It is called "dry," but it also has a hint of sweetness.
It might be good as a winter sake, lukewarm.
