I couldn't taste the supernatant because of the violent automatic stirring. It has a light and lively aroma, a slight peach and apple-like aroma, an alu feeling, a rice cake-like and mushroom-like aroma, and a light and refreshing taste. After the malty aroma of rice cake and mushrooms passed through the nose, it was a vigorous nigori sake with a sweet umami and salty taste.
