もよもよ
This is a recent draft of Gakki Masamune, which I have been enjoying a lot. The Honjozo, which is a year-round sake, is always very tasty, but this one is a fresh-brewed sake, so I wonder if it is more fruity than the others. This one, however, is a fresh-brewed sake, so it is more fruity than that.
It has a nice aroma when you open the bottle, and when you drink it, it is refreshing and not too sweet. It is a little bit between melon and peach. It is easy to enjoy.
It seems like it would go well with sashimi or something. I haven't tried it, but it might be good at room temperature.
