Dry and dry with a mineral taste. Unexpectedly, all three are made from "Comet". The overall impression is a little thin and clear. Kaitakukon I chose just one more sake from Takasago Shuzo, whose label also caught my eye. The rice is "Kitashizuku". It was still dry and spicy!
