This is the first sake (blend) I have ever had that was made in the year of my birth.
The color is a beautiful yellow. Warmed up, it has a soft matured taste, sweetness and umami. It is easy to drink, perhaps because it is alky, but it is hard to believe it is a long-aged sake. This is delicious.
