I thought it was a limited edition, but was surprised to see it as a regular product. Yamadanishiki Junmai Sake from Meikagyojimizu, Nagano. It has a sweet and sour sake-like aroma with a hint of caramel. The sweetness and umami spread on the palate, followed by the acidity. A versatile local sake that can be drunk slowly over a long period of time and can also be served warm.
