September 13, Part 3
After a quick stroll in front of Fukui Station, we are heading to Kanazawa, where we will stay today❗️.
In front of Fukui station, the Hokuriku Shinkansen line extension construction is progressing quite well, and the area in front of the station has undergone a surprisingly modern transformation.
I also saw a dinosaur 🦕 object that is often featured on TV 😁.
I wandered through the station's souvenir store area and bought a bottle of Ichinotani, which was recommended by the wife of a liquor store that caught my eye 😊.
I was given a mini plastic cup for tasting so I can sip it 😁.
First of all, the aroma is ❓n, it's too thin to tell.
Is the aroma too delicate 💦?
And when you put it in your mouth, first of all, sweetness of Japanese pear.
Then, after a short pause, comes the umami spicy juices...
The acidity, which is typical of Yamahai, is not too harsh, and the sake is quite an elaborate and complex contraption.
This is definitely a sake for the middle of the meal.
Meanwhile, the last stop, Kanazawa, is almost here...
Thank you for your hard work on September 13th 🤗!

I'm not sure what to make of it, but I'm sure it's worth it.
I'm not sure what to make of this, but I'm sure it's a good idea.

Good evening, Maripornu, Greetings from Ceramics!
It's not a book at all❗️
I'm just typing from the heart😅.
I've been working on it for a while.
I'm not sure if it's a good idea, but I'm sure it's a good idea 👍.
