Junmai Daiginjo, 100% Miyamanishiki from Yamagata Prefecture, White malted rice, Polishing ratio 50%, ALC 19%.
Tonight's sixth sake is a bit more adventurous 😅.
Please drink it with carbonated water because of its high alcohol content.
It was written as "Enjoy it as a highball of sake".
First, I had it as it was. It has a fresh aroma, a slightly mellow taste, and a very strong lactic acid taste. It tasted like a mmmmmm 😓.
I drank it with soda as recommended, but it tasted like rice shochu...so I thought it was not good enough for my taste 😥.
