I had a medical checkup last week.

And I vaguely remember the exact numbers from last year, but my height has shrunk by millimeters and my abdominal circumference has grown by centimeters.

In our case it's like wishful thinking 😅I also have high blood pressure on the bottom 🥲 but when I drink alcohol and measure it at night it comes out a lot lower 😆 I believe that's the right number 🤗.
