This is a joint project by 7 breweries in Miyagi Prefecture, and it is said that every year, two breweries brew the same rice and milling ratio to enjoy the same taste.
This year's event will be a comparison of Yamawa and Haginotsuru.
The Yamawa was delicious, with a perfect balance of sweetness, acidity, and umami, perfect for a mealtime drink!
