The closest sake to water ever! There are many beautiful water-like sake, but this is a completely different kind of water-like sake! As the temperature rises, the lingering flavor spreads, but it's still watery. The next day was no different.
Two days later, it's starting to smell a bit like sake.
Three days later, it's suddenly round and smooth and spreading, with a lot more sweetness and gentle umami! It's so good!
