I think it's a rather well adjusted, slightly dry normal sake. However, it has a strong acidity, so there may be some people who do not like it. When people think of sake, they think of "sweetness" and "spiciness", and "sourness" and "bitterness" are out of their minds.
The top aroma is slightly bananas, and the hints are soft melon.
