Gozenshu from Maniwa City, Okayama Prefecture, this is a standard sake made from Omachi rice grown in Okayama Prefecture.
Omachi has a strong image of sweetness, but it has a clean, moderate sweetness and a refined taste. It is also full-bodied, with a slightly dry aftertaste and a nice sharpness. It went perfectly with gyoza (dumplings).
