Hitogokochi Junmai Ginjo was last year's No. 1, so I put it aside for now and opened a bottle of Yamae Nishiki, which I've never tasted before!
I was looking forward to it because I saw some reviewers who ranked it as No. 1.
The conclusion...it's so good!
The flavor is a bittersweet, gorgeous acidity that tightens up and then slowly seeps into your taste buds.
Jungin Hitogokochiki Nama is healing, and this one is spring-like and gorgeous. It is hard to choose one over the other!
