I couldn't forget how good it tasted the first time I drank it, so I tried it a second time. The taste is still addictive.
It has a very pleasant aroma and a fruity sweetness that gives the impression of a modern sake, similar in flavor to a brand with 1801 yeast, but I am not sure what type of yeast is used.
It is easy to drink with a pleasant aftertaste and umami. It has the presence of a mainstay. It has the dignity of a sake offered in first class on international flights.
We are sure we will want to drink it again soon.
