Ueda City, Nagano Prefecture. Yamazan Sake Brewery Co. Yamazan Junmai Ginjo Hitogokochi Gowari Gobu Light Nigori When we heard that the light nigori of Yamazan was available, we immediately went to the distributor and bought it. I went to a special distributor and bought it. We will drink it cold. When the bottle was opened, there was a small gas sound. Fine bubbles adhere to the sides of the bottom of the glass. The color is a silver mist that seems to be slightly cloudy. The top aroma is mild, with a slight malted rice and grain aroma. On the palate, there is a sizzling gasiness, but the taste has a clear peachy, thick fruitiness. Silky and sweet, with a bit of bitterness accented a bit on the aftertaste, but the fnish is light. Of Yamasan's 50-50s, this is my favorite so far 😋. Ingredients: Rice (Nagano), Rice malt (Nagano) Rice used: Hitogokochi 100% rice grown in Yaehara, Tomi-city, Nagano Rice polishing ratio: 55 Alcohol content: 15
