Kaiun無濾過純米 誉富士

Today, it is Kaiun. It is a sake from Shizuoka.
I had decided not to stop by on my way back from a previous visit to Kobe, but I found myself looking in Asano Sake Shop and when my eyes met Kaiun, oh well, I knew I was taking it home.
This is how the Hirupeko Chiba Sake Fair does not proceed😓.
The aroma is bananas and
The aroma is bananas and the mouthfeel has a bitter fizzy taste that is typical of nama-shu.
When you take a sip, you will be hit with the aroma of blue bananas and the clear, voluminous flavor of rice that bursts forth like a fireworks display, then fades away with a refreshing acidity and bitter bitterness.
I don't dislike the feeling of a slight lingering banana on the tongue.
The clear and voluptuous mouthfeel without any cloying taste is so delicious that you end up taking another sip ^ ^.
Oh, I feel guilty myself for opening alcohol since Monday.
I guess I wanted to open my luck.
