At a local liquor store, "What the heck!" I was like, "Why is it here? It has been a long time since I last tasted this sake.
The last time I had a Junmai Daiginjo, it was delicious, but it was too sweet and I personally wanted more acidity.
So this time, it is a Junmai Ginjo!
I'll say it first. I definitely prefer this one😊.
The aroma is subdued. The citrus-like acidity is pleasantly tart. A little gas. The creamy rice flavor is quite pleasant from the first half of the mouthful. The slight bitterness is strangely reassuring.
The flow is as follows: acid 1, rice creamy 4, acid 4.5, bitterness 0.5.
And the last photo is the front cover from Jiameishin's envelope that suddenly appeared in the mailbox yesterday: ‼️
Apparently I won a previous survey for the winter moon (Shuuki): ❗️ cool! Hooray 🙌
