#Drinking at home
The moment it enters the mouth, the aroma of Yamahai comes in a flurry, but the aroma is not persistent, and the flavor of rice and the acidity, which is also found in Nara sake, are unique and delicious.
The toji seems to have changed, so this is a completely different sake from the former Okuharima, but it still has the same unique character.
I rather like this one.
It goes well with grilled meat, tofu marinated in miso, nabe, and many other dishes.
