There are many antenna stores in Ginza, and each of them sells a variety of sake that you cannot find at liquor stores in Tokyo.
This time, I bought this one at the Hiroshima antenna store.
If you drink it cold, only the sweetness prevails, but if you let it sit for a while and raise the temperature, a slightly matured flavor emerges. The sweetness, bitterness, and astringency of the flavor are more subtle, giving it a very classic taste.
