Tarusake" purchased at Ishikawa Brewery's Appreciation Day.
It has a nice aroma of whiskey-like barrels. Well...it has a nice cedar aroma and flavor. The peppery, spicy flavor is addictive. It may not be pure sake, but I think Tarusake is a very interesting aspect of Japanese sake culture.
