This was the first time I had Mitsui no Kotobuki, which is familiar from Slam Dunk.
On the first day, I could taste the pungency, but there was no taste. It was like water.
On the second day, it started to taste a little better. I had it with dried sardines. It seems to go well with fish with a strong flavor.
Personally, I think it would be better if it were more like sake.
