Purchased in trust as a New Year's Eve/New Year's drink.
It has a slight smell of cemedine.
When drunk, it has a rather bold rice flavor along with lychee-like fruitiness. When the bottle is opened, it has a slightly syrupy alcohol taste, but it diminishes as time goes by. The end is sharp with a bitter taste.
It is a modern reasonably priced Junmai Daiginjo with a high degree of perfection and umami, although not outstanding.
