Along with Jusan-no-Yoru, this is a sake that I have been wanting to try on its own.
From the refreshing standing aroma, a sweet aroma like ripe 🍈 spreads on the palate along with the voluminous flavor of Omachi. The lingering aftertaste is not dry or acidic, but it goes away nicely.
Surprisingly, it goes well with meals.
The image of fruity and beautifully sharp ginjo-shu of the moon after rain + the volume of sweetness and umami of Omachi are well expressed.
