Aroma of Kumamoto No. 9 yeast.
When the bottle is opened, there is a gaseous feeling of raw sake.
It is thick and concentrated, like melon or ripe fruit.
Immediately after opening the bottle, there was a minerality and a slightly hard image, but on the second and third days, the aroma became fuller, rounder, and more cohesive, like melon.
The aroma lingers on the palate for a while.
