I was looking for sake that can be stored at room temperature because there is no room in the refrigerator. It was at room temperature.
It is a junmai sake with a rice polishing ratio of 65%, so the sweetness is weak, but the umami of the rice is strong, making it a good mid-meal sake. It is a dry sake for a mealtime drink and seems to go well with anything, but personally, it is a sake that can be enjoyed without a side dish and is a good value for money.
I am glad that we can now buy good food sake at supermarkets these days.
