[Surprising] or rather, quintessential. When I was a student, I didn't even know this liquor store existed. Tachibanaya has a full lineup of products, some of which are limited edition, and this is the proprietress's first choice. I was surprised to learn that the brewery has won consecutive gold medals for its sake. The Yamahai of Kura-no-Hana, Miyagi Prefecture's original sake rice. It is very different from Ishikawa's Yamahai, and is easy to drink with an elegant sweetness and a citrusy aroma. It was a delicious sake, suitable for the last sake report of this year.
