Kacho Fugetsu's "Moon" series
It has a cream cheese and nut-like aroma, which is in harmony with the moderately rich flavor of Yamahai.
I like both unfiltered raw sake and Yamahai, so this is a great sake for me. ...... I would like to pair it with a mild miso.
