Mild peach and pineapple-like overtones
The same slightly fruity aroma as on the top, a full-bodied sweetness and rice flavor, with a hint of gas and a beautiful acidity, spreads out with a chilli juwatto, and finishes with a gentle bitterness and a lingering rice flavor.
It has a fresh and juicy feel that makes it hard to believe that it is fire-roasted, and it has a good sharpness, making it a great match with meals, and of course, it is delicious on its own as well!
It went well with eggplant and bell peppers wrapped in meat and vegetables with ponzu sauce, simmered beef tendon, and rotisserie chicken from Costco.
