Oroku八○ 直汲み
Seigo
Long time no hazing in Ohroku ❗️
There is no hassle with Ohroku.
And it's my favorite Yatsu.
I like the bitterness of Hachiyo and sometimes drink it in summer instead of beer while eating.
And what's more, it's rare. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
The aroma is fluffy and ricey, and when poured into a tin cup, it has a fine foam.
When you put it in your mouth, it has well-balanced acidity and umami, a little gasiness, a cooked rice feeling that is typical of O-Roku, and bitterness from the mid-palate, here it is!
Beautiful taste and beautiful bitterness.
The alcohol taste that passes through the nose is cool!
It's still delicious, no doubt about it 😊.
I tried heating it up later.
This is irresistibly delicious.
The sweetness stands out just right, and combined with the umami of the rice, it is indeed a well-made sake.
I highly recommend it!
