Kangiku Ken Aizan for the second year
Last year, we drank only raw sake, so this time it's fire-brewed.
The aroma is very gorgeous!
Fruity aroma like apple and peach with a slightly strong alcoholic sweet smell.
The taste is characterized by its presence and gentle acidity.
The sweet and umami taste gradually spreads in the mouth, but the acidity finishes it off nicely.
Despite its mellow flavor, it has a cool and refreshing taste.
Compared to Red Diamond's Aizan, Aizan has a very good balance of rich sweetness and ease of drinking, making it a delicious sake that can be drunk easily.
