I thought it's been a long time since I've seen Yamamoto, but earlier this year he had a bottle of Kijoshu for his anniversary 😅.
I was wondering if there were any left because I was late to the party, but Sake no Yamamoto had it!

Sweet top nose. Sweet flavor with bitterness. Slightly effervescent, calm and clean taste.
The acidity was impressive.
To be honest, it didn't taste so good when it was fresh out of the fridge...
The closer it gets to room temperature, the more fruity and sweet it becomes.
After a few days, it became tasty even when served cold. More citrusy than freshly opened.
