Sake from Mori Sake Brewery in Hirado, Nagasaki.
A sake filled with many thoughts 🍶.
I was fortunate enough to purchase it😊.
The taste is of course great!
Gentle sweetness and acidity reminiscent of pears and muscats.
The rice flavor also spreads well and there is a bitterness at the end.
A roaring deliciousness 😊.
Sake rice is "Nikkomaru" from Nagasaki prefecture, polished to 65%.
The yeast is Association No. 6 and it is made using a traditional sake yeast.
