Jikon is a famous sake brewed in Nabari, Mie Prefecture.
This is the first brewing (limited to one tank) of the 2015 brewing year, and is made from 50% polished rice of special A district Yamadanishiki from Tojo, Miki City, Hyogo Prefecture, which is the standard for Daiginjo.
Yamadanishiki is produced by farmers in a number of regions.
This is the highest quality contract-cultivated Yamada-Nishiki among them.
