Yoshida Kurau Hyakumangoku No Shiro Nama Sake.
The nose is mainly apple and lychee nuanced with a slight woody aroma, which I have never heard of being made in a wooden vat.
A fresh and soft sweetness spreads on the palate with a sense of chili. The clear, transparent taste finishes with a refreshing acidity.
It is still a delicious Yoshida Kurau, though it has been a while since I have had it!
