I had never seen this one on sale, so I popped it in.
It's a delicious ministry.
The taste is right in the middle of daiginjo.
It has a beautiful ginjo aroma that passes through your nose, and when you drink it, it tastes fruity, without any harshness or corners.
It is a sake that you can just enjoy the taste of sake without thinking about anything else.
